I am in a similar situation as others listed. Pre-paid $2180 in December. I received frequent phone calls, emails, lots of attention from the company until the check was picked up by DHL for prepayment of my T shirt order. I was "secured a spot on the production board" for January with my prepaid order for a non-for-profit hospital rehab department.
It is now May and I have difficulty getting any response, vague if any, to my inquiries regarding the status of delivery of my T shirts.
