Our Cub Scout Pack placed an order, for t-shirts, from Jane Jane Sportswear, back around March of this year. Thru numerous emails, they have promised delivery of this order, and have failed to provide either the order, or a refund (Appr $436). My prior Committee Chair has been the one dealing with Anne, and Dee Dee of Jane Jane Sportswear, and he has not been able to resolve the issue. As they have now ceased answering his phone calls, and are not responding via email, we have assumed that they are not going to provide either the t-shirts, or the refund. At this point, I would prefer that they just cancel the order, and send our money back. My Scouts worked hard for this money, and to not provide either goods, or refund, to me is the same as stealing.
