Recieved Overnight Genius "Mastering Windows" & my Visa was charged $78.41 for product & $4.87 shipping. I did NOT order from this company. I called 866-475-5733 (ph # listed on my bank statement) & spoke to customer service Rep. He said that a 2nd software program-"Mastering Word" was being sent out - that same day that we were speaking & $83.36 was being charged to my Visa that evening.
I explained that I didn't even order this product. He stated that he would take back the 1st shipment & CREDIT the $78.41 but I would have to keep & pay for the 2nd shipment. I repeated that I did NOT order this product so why should I pay for it? He stated that he was not the Owner & that the Owner instructed him to handle accounts this way.
I asked him to stop the shipment of program #2 & the Visa charge for it, since he himself stated that it was being sent out THAT day. He said he could not, that "I should have called sooner".
TO DATE I have LOST the $4.87 seperate Visa shipping charge for shipment #1, & $83.36 for shipment #2, for a total of = $ 88.23
