The free trial they offered had no conditions, no deadlines. The free trial was not free because they charged me on my VISA 4.99 USD for the shipping and I assumed that this was why they asked me to give them a visa number to collect the shipping cost from me. They never outlined the terms and conditions for the trial. The transaction date for the visa shipping charge of $4.99 US was July 16 th. On July 31 st not having heard from me (On July 21 we went on a long summer holiday until September 3,) they charged me for their second trial shipment which showed up later on my VISA statement as a charge of $69.99 US. Then a third package of their pills was shipped. When I phoned and complained they said the third shipment and charge would be reversed as long as i sent it back with a RMA number they assigned to it properly attached. I did this yesterday. I am hoping to get this VISA charge reversed. But I am S.O.L. For the first two charges of 4.99 and 69.99 according to the VISA Disputes guy who I spoke to today.
