I had the same experience it seems that everyone else had, with one lucky difference. I never received the product. (Of course, I didn't order it either.)
My credit card company initially denied my request for credit because Overnight Genius had my 3 digit code from my credit card. I had to plead my case to a Manager at the credit card company, as I got the same run around from Denise at OG noted in other reports on this site.
The Manager told me there are 2 ways to chargeback a company like Overnight Genius. If you actually received the product, even if you didn't order it, they would file the chargeback under as a fraud case. Apparently this is not a very strong case and you may not get your money back.
The second option is to report that I didn't get the product and OG wasn't willing to refund me.in that case my credit card company could stand up for me because I didn't want the product, I didn't get the product and OG was still charging me for it.
