I agreed to a 1 month trial and was informed that it would be cancelled if not renewed personally after that time. They have quietly collected $9.95 for the last 10 months without my knowledge or consent. There has been no activity on this account by me because I did not know it was there! When I contacted upper supervision, they said I should have read the terms and conditions. Well, I explained the agreement we had and they said sorry but no refund. This is a rip-off. I feel like I have been stolen from. Please count me as one of the many duped individuals by this unscrupulous web site.
