Like others I fell for postage only trial. But they took money from my account without permission I contacted my bank who sent them formal notification not to take any more or they will be fined (and they have been) But on research I have found a valid e-mail for them as I gave them a piece of my mind and they replied:
Thank you for your email. You may return the last shipment sent to you on 13/6 for a refund of £79.95. Please note that we are unable to refund the P&P charges as per our Terms and Conditions.
These terms are fully explained on the order page and also in the leaflet that you received with your order. Additionally, when you placed the order, you were required to check a box stating that you had read the terms and conditions of the agreement. If you had not checked the box, your order would not have processed.
