Jim walter promises one thing and then backs out. We had a warranty issue. The warranty guy was great. He was fixing all of their screw ups. Then because they wanted to save some money and wouldnt let him fix it the way it sould be, he quite and now they are trying to back out of the deal.
Now we are left with no flooring in two rooms and half a wall in one. They are saying that there was never a problem with the floor. And that it was pulled up for no reason so they dont want to fix the problem.
The shower was leaking because the plummers did not know how to do their job. When the shower was turned on water would come down the wall by the tub. And they said it was the toillet that was leaking.
They are trying to do anything they can not to fix the damages they caused. Every time they have a person who knows what they are doing and does it well, they fire him or he quites. They dont care about their customers. All they are worried about it how much money they have to spend.
Their work is below the lowest grade. A 12 year old child and their friends could do a better job than jim walters. And all of this happened after we waited 3 years for them to start on the house. Im just waiting for it to fall down around us one day.
