My home is falling apart more every day and nothing from jim walters and companies, they were told by a foundation company that my house had inferior wood underneath and that my house was unsafe and needed new wood to make it sound and they did nothing except hire someone else to try and cover the work with a few pieces of wood which is already breaking, they left the insulation just hanging under my house and now to to call that company and you gt an answering machine and they never call you back they were supposed to send us a letter telling us what they did under my house and i have received nothing of course,
They made alot of false promises and follow through with none of them, my house is falling off the piers and getting worse by the day i have gaps through out and you can see where the wood does not even go all the way to the other wood it is covered by trim and now coming apart at the seams
A vice president came here and wrote his own defects on this house and there was two pages of them that he found and there was more that he did not even write down only to try to shaft me and want to patch them and not fix them they needed and stated they would send an engineer to inspect the house then knowng that the house would be proved to need to be torn down they wanted to wait until they could get someone to lie to us
They told us the engineer would be here after damages were fixed. I asked for an engineer to ins[ect before damages were covered up and was told no and they would not take my calls after that. and if you have same problems find me and lets work together. I am at my wits end this company has to stop treating us this way
