UMG charged my account without authorization. I called them and they said they confirmed their claim with me by phone. I disputed this and they insisted on this matter. I called my bank and checked my phone records about their claim. None existed. They were so rude on the phone. I called my bank to dispute and my bank got a hold of them through phone patch.
Turned out they cancelled my account after that conversation and said I HAD CANCELLED IT (which i did not as i was so concerned of the fraud) and they have credited my account the entire amount they had charged me and this all happened TODAY.in last two hours that i was on the phone with them and my bank!
These bogus companies get access from accounts and make false claims. Watch out for them.
