This company charged my sons account, which he is a minor, 11.89 without prior authorization. We are not even sure what kind of company this is or what they do. I called the bank to find out what we have to do about it and they said we had to come in to file a claim of this fraud and it could take several days before we could get a credit but suggested that we close out his account so there wouldn't be any more charges like this. I have done some research and found out that this company has similar cases against them besides this one. Companies like this figure that if they only charge a small amount people probably wouldn't say to much about it and then if they charge enough people that can make alot of money. This is bogus and they shouldn't get away with it no matter how big or little the fraudulent charge is.
