I was looking at my account online and saw a charge from HLTHLDR for 19.65. I called my bank and talked to the fraud department and filed a claim. Turned out, my bank had already cancelled my bank card and had been unable to reach me today (within 24 hours of the theft). I have been refunded the amount pending a full investigation. Folks, when somebody uses your bank card without your permission, its fraud. Your bank has a fraud department. Use it!
