PRIME MANAGEMENT GROUP (manages???) a number of properties in America. One of them is Kings Point a retirement community in Florida. They have RAISED their monthly fee over 50% within a year. And are charging an EXTRA $350 per month for PHONY insurance. Most of these seniors canNOT afford these fees. What PRIME does to enforce payment is use attorneys and PHYSICAL threats of HARM to people (mostly elderly) that simply cannot afford to pay these fees. Their abuses and scare tactics are many. The worst part is they are taking advantage of people that canNOT defend themselves legally.
I am the daughter of two former residents of Kings point. I moved them OUT, back to the Chicago area. I was not fond of my parents being threatened legally and PHYSICALLY by PRIME MANAGEMENT for fees that they seem to raise any time they want. PRIME MANAGEMENT is one of the WORST CRIMINALS, and they are getting away with it Again these are just a few of their MANY abuses
