A CSR Called My Home And Said He Could Help Me Rebuild My Credit By Offering Me A Credit Card With A Great Credit Limit. I Thought This Sounded Like A Great Deal, Not Knowing Or Have Ever Been Explained This Was A Online Shopping Card.
I Asked The CSR If This Was A Real Credit Card 3 Times. The Csr Stated "YES SIR ITS A REAL CREDIT CARD" Leading Me To Believe It Was A Mastercard Or Visa. The CSR Then Asked Me For My Checking Account Number. I Told Him I Did Not Have Much Money In That Account And Could Not Afford The $200.00 Fee He Was Asking For. The CSR Stated No Problem We Can Deduct That In April.
After I Got Off The Phone I Checked Into The Site And Was Horrified To Find Out That This Was A Worthless Spending Card For Things I Have No Use For. I Called Them And They Stated That They Did Not Say It Was A Credit Card, I Asked For A Refund And Have Not Heard From Them Since. I Just Want My Money Back. Thats All I Want.
They Ignore My Emails Also. Isent An Email Weeks Before They Debited My Account And Told Them To Cancel The Fees, But They Ignored It, And Took $200.00 From My Account On April 5. Please Do Not Be Fooled By This Company.
