Mislead me on credit card ripoff

I was called by a telemarketer back in Arpil 2004. They told me I was eligable for a $2,500 credit card. I told him that this was not possible. I just filed bankruptsy. They told me it would be no interest and no fees for one year. I asked if it was a cash card. They sales rep said NO. They did ask me for my $299.00 to be deducted from my checking account and this would cover the fees and no interest for a whole year. He said it would also rebuild my credit. I told them again. That I didn't want a cash card. They told me it would be a real credit card with Mastercard logo. I thought this was great. So I applied.

When I got the package. There was no credit card. I received some information about health Ins and an additional fee for a secured credit card that I would have to put cash into the account until I reach the $2,500.in addition pay a onetime fee of 39.95.

I was very upset about them lying to me. So I called. They would not refund me or give me any answers or a copy of the recorded conversation. I have wrote letters to them and the Better Business Bureur. No one has responded to my request for my refund and copy of the recorded conversation.
