On April 28th I got a telephone call from Sureway Benneficial offering me a Mastercard CREDIT card with a credit limit of 2000.00 which can be used as a CREDIT card or at any ATM. I was told the card processing fee was 249.00 and that my CREDIT card would arrive in my mailbox delivered to me US Postal Service in 25 days.
I asked at least 10 times on that recorded telephone call if this is in fact a CREDIT card and NOT a DEBIT card or a secured card. Thay told me everytime I asked that it was in fact a Mastercard CREDIT card with a 2000.00 CREDIT limit. I then also told them I was asking so many questions because a few years ago my husband tried one of these same type of things and ended up getting ripped off for a large amount of money. They at that point reassured me this is the real deal A REAL CREDIT CARD!
Well needless to say after being reassured so many times I took the bait. I paid the 249.00 which came out of my account on April 29th (the very next day) and I sat and patiently waited for 30days! Still no card. I called was told it would take a few more weeks because they had so many people that signed up things got delayed. I waited another few weeks and still no card I called again was told I would have it at the end of the month or the beginning of June. Well by now I am furious. I just kept getting a run around.
I finally did recieve the package on JUNE 25th WITH NO CREDIT CARD. All it was was a box of pamphlets and an application telling me to send them yet another 39.95!! I called and demanded a full refund and I was told that they cannot give a refund and that I have to write a dispute letter to a woman named MARSHA GRANT. I probably will write this letter and never get my money back. These people are nothing but LIARS and they are getting rich off of all of us. Something needs to be done about this.
