My landlord of 3 years unethically evicted me. She has constantly harrassed me about rent and has made several innappropriate house calls at late hours of the nite. The last time she came to my apartment, she was incoherent and inebriated. I heard a knock on the door and it was 3 am, when i answeres pearl was swaying in the door frame yelling obscenities in a slurred fashion. I retreated to my bedroom and obtained a video camera and filmed her tirade. I will fight this and win!
