I joined Club Pogo. They gave me a free 2 week trial period before my credit card is charged. It's been 8 days and I've been running into problems.
The major problem is their customer support, Electronic arts. Their site asks you to log in with ID & password. After typing the information in and clicking OK, it takes you to a page that says you were misdirected and you should go to the Pogo or EA site for more help.
As you can see, that's what was done from the beginning. There is no way possible for me to contact them without logging in to Electronic Arts; therefore, I can't get help with the problem and I can't cancel my account before my card is charged!
I even tried responding to a Pogo "Welcome" email explaing my problem. They replied that they don't respond to emails but if I need help, go to www.ea.com. I have never dealt with anyone where it was impossible to contact them by at least emailing, mailing or phoning.
