I have custody of my daughter. Shes 17 now. Ive raised her since she was a baby due to the birth mother has a chemical dependency addiction. Weve been back and forth with child support. Had amount agreed upon. Had it notarized. She even had it notarized herself agreeing to a measly 53.00 that dates back to sometime in 2002. Still no payment. Id have to add that up whats owed. So no money or support ever for the minor child and when we ask its like pulling teeth. The child will be 18 very soon which will be nice we dont have to ask for money were not gonna get anyways and dont have to deal with the birth mother that beat up the child 9-24 which cps substaintiated. We will all be thrilled to close that chapter of our lives adn move on but the children are owed that support from the ABSENT PARENT thanks for your help.
