I lost my cell phone, so I go to Radio Shack to price out another phone. The sales person says it will cost me 300.00 dollars. I said that was a little expensive, but she said i could qualify for a charge card I said okay. I got some other items and asked about cigular insurance, she said radio shacks insurance was better so I got it. She said it would cover everything lost, stolen anything. I left 400.00 dollars in debt and happy. Two months later the phone got wet and to my surprise the insurance didn't cover nothing. I feel screwed and never got kissed. Iv'e talked to cingular and radio shack and radio shack is like did you not read the paper I was like they were closing and I work at nights. I had a run for work. I didn't believe that some companies put that much pressure on people to work. They have lost a good customer and I will let the world know that Radio Shack cannot be trusted.
