Steven einstein and associates are sick con artists who pry on people hoping to win by defaults. How they could use the term lawyers is a disgrace to the bar they are sick
Here is my story.
About 3 weeks ago i go to the bank to take out money. It shows me i have a zero balance so i call my bank. They tell me that my accounts are frozen. I ask them who put the freeze. They tell me it was steven einstein and associates. I had never recived anything from them about any lawsuit against me. All i could tell you is that the hell i went threw the amount of checks that bounced because of thease creeps. I dont wish it on my worst enemy
They claimed they served me with papers which i never got. They did not follow procedure of collecting a debt. They just went straight to suing which acording to my research it is illegal
Thinking back i had recived a phone call from a mr young claiming that i owe money to a household bank in the amount of about 1600 which i know i never had such an account. So i had told him that he said i owe the money. So i told him to send me proof. He hung and that was the last i heard of him untill i tried to take out money
I am working setting up a website to find out anyone who had dealing with these pigs to sue the crap out of them
They are sick people who should be disbarred
If you recive a call or letter from thease animals make sure they send you the proof if you can you should record all conversations which in the state of new york is legal
I hope that with all the work i am going to do to i will spear other people from thease sick people
