On March 27 Directv was paid by check $145 to install services. During the installation thay damaged the water line in the back of building and basement. They offered free DVD players with order. During installation they damaged the outside water line and basement water line. Worker "Billy" returned 3/28/04 attempted to repair damage. He was unable to repair damages, stated he would send someone out to repair damages.
Tried to Contact supervisor "Greg" x4. (unsuccessful)
I contacted consumers protection and on 9/28/04 I rec'd the DVD from Direct Tv. The damage to the property was never repaired.
Today 3/5/07 I rec'd a letter from a collection agency demnding $99.12. They are still responsible for the damage, that remains un-repaired. I see they have a long list of complaints from other consumers. Any suggestions?
