Regency Square Apartment complex owned by Paul Ash Management Co.in Phoenix Arizona deliberatly does not tell their prospective tenants that their rent may be increased due to a credit check. They let us move into an apartment with the understanding of one amount and then over a week later said that they would require the last month of the lease to be paid in advance. They broke this down into monthly payments of 147.00 more than what was originally told to us.
The manager of the apartment complex also laughed at me and gave me a very bad attitude when i asked to speak to the owner of the complex because she told me that we would have to move downstairs because i had children and the baby was falling on the floor and the downstairs neighbor complained. I told her that I had the kids when I moved in there 2 weeks ago, she said that we could either move downstairs or be evicted if the man complained 2 more times.
They are very unprofessional and do not care what they have to do to sell an apartment.
