My children were wrongfully taken from me while at the time were visiting my parents temperarly.
Texas would not comply with the mississippi on trying to get my children help with medical attention becuase my kids got a cold while being there.
Therefore texas cps-burnet county told my parents to bring my kids back.instead of cps notifying me they just took them.
I have not seen my children since may-june, and far as my parent it has been since april. My case worker is keeping us from seeing my children, i love them very much.
She has allowed for my children to call there foster parents mommy and daddy. With no shame at all.
She says that my children don't remember me or my family which i know is a lie, all this is being done by my case worker.
We have compied with everything they have asked as well as my parents have also. But everything we do does not matter. We have been to all the court cases. I have done everything she askes and still nothing is good enough.
All she wants to do is take my kids away so she can adopt my kids out to a family and ruien my family so she can have more money in her pocket. I am also an only child and so thetrfore there not oly bein taken from mr but my dads only grandchildren.
I feel like we have not had a fair chance, my case worker lies about everything, even to her supervisor, and all other people involved, even the judge.
I am a very good parent and i love my kids to death and all i want is to have my family back together-meaning my kids.
I don't understand why i can't have my babies back. I haven't done anything wrong. Please help me and my kids they diserve to be back with me
