I have a problem when it comes to DHS and my children.in June of a false report was filed on my wife and she was badgered by the chief of police and thrown in jail for a felony. Later, her attorny took a plea for her to keep her from going to prison for 5 yrs. For something she did not do.
At the time my wife was arrested, I was told that I had to place my kids at my parent's house for 30 days. It took nearly 2 months to get them back from there, but when I did it was not even 2 months before DHS politely marched into my home and took my 2 children.
I was working that day and my wife's aunt was supposed to have came by that day to pick up the children right as I was leaving, thus my employer did not want me to be late anymore, I was forced to go thinking my wife's aunt would be there to get the kids seconds after I left. I did not allow my wife's mother to care for or provide child care for the children, due to a case that she had been through and spent 10 yrs in prison for. My wife got out in Dec. 06 with 5 yrs DOC with all but first 6mo's suspended to be served in Johnston County Jail with good time credit.
After that the court adopted a DHS Treatment plan that was financially IMPOSSIBLE, nearly. After that DHS placed my kids with my parents, Kinship placement, and the kids were doing great there, I had visitation twice a week and my wife had one a week at DHS. We were working this treatment plan to get our kids back.
In Jan. Bryan County made recommendations to Johnston county to let the kids remain at my parents home. Johnston County completely went against all recommendations Bryan County had made and removed the children from my parents home due to my older brother's mental condition as they said. Bryan County stated they had no problem with him and he was not a threat to our children.
When the whole case started, the worker Boyd Casey lied about what I told him, then they lied to us constantly about our visitation and calling schedule. Erin Werner replaced Boyd Casey shortly after the children were removed from our home. Johnston County had prior knowledge of my older brother's mental condition before they placed them at my parents home.
One day, Erin called us and told us she was going to cancel 2 wks of visits due that the foster parents were not going to be in town. 2 wks later, we call to make sure that they made it back to DHS and they CANCELLED Visitation due that we missed those 2 wks of visitation. When DHS Johnston County was questioned about things they lied and blamed other DHS's and my brother. However, My brother had paperwork stating he was not a threat to our kids nor anyone else.
DHS Johnston County flat out violated civil Rights and liberties of my whole family, including us and our children. When I asked my Court appointed Council if we could give our rights to my parents with full guardianship, he said he would not do that, but would not give reason to why. Also, DHS Johnston County had contact with my council about the case which directly violated the Attorney/Client Privacy Policy.
We filed grievances against DHS Johnston County and they tried to talk us out of them and tried to cover up that they had done us wrong. We had spoke with the Supervisor of Johnston County DHS Child Welfare and she lied to us to. Then they said that we followed them to the Foster parent's home when we went the total opposite direction.
At this time I was furious with DHS due that they were lying and trying hard to do everything they can to keep us from having our children ever again. They have VIOLATED ME FOR THE LAST TIME.
I need someone who can help us make a stand against places like these and fight back for innocent children who suffered severe emotional damage that DHS has placed upon them like my children suffered. If there is anyone, please join the fight against embezzlement of children from their homes and happy families.
Also, keep in mind that with only one person we are nothing, but with many we can overcome. Thank you for listening to my report and taking time to read extensively.
