Our daughter lost her children to cps in texas. We did everything we could to help the case and each time it changed case workers and papers would be lost. I contacted the govenors office to try to get help and all they said was we did our part.
The foster parents are now putting in for adoption and we want our babies back. They are the only blood granchildren my husband has. We have never been interviewed, no one has asked us to take the children. We have made it clear from the beginning that we wanted them.
We had them at first before the investagation started with our daughter and because we live in mississippi we ran into all kinds of problems and needed help for the kids and texas would not help. So we had to take them back to get the help they needed and told cps when it was all done we wanted to start the process to get the children back cause our daughter was not going to comply and get them back.
Now my husbands only daughter isnt in his life at all and now the state of texas is telling us to forgt it and go on. HELP!!!
