My husband and i have be fighting dhs to regain custody of our 3 children. We have compleled our treatment plan twice. They have told lies to the judge, saying we have not made good progress on our individual treatment plan.
They have threatened us that if we got an attoney that they were going to make this case that much more harder for us. One of the foster homes our children were in the foster parent told the judge it was her goal to adopt our kids.
The only way we see our kids now is through family couneling that we the parents suggested to the judge and he court ordered;because dhs, and the casworker wasn't letting have any visitation what so ever with our children. Before we suggested family counsling we had not seen our kids for six months.
