Child wellfair come into our lives and told us they were there to help us and got us to trust them. They forced us to sighn documents without an attorney present and threatned to take the children if we did not. Then when my husband got upset over the issue and was angry with the case worker she claimed he was violent and abusive even though me and the children told them he was not he just did not like them because they were trying to take his family away from him.
The case worker did not like him and made many notes and alegations that were not true. I filed a complaint and got a new case worker but she just used the same info the prev worker put in our file. They have stretched the case out for over 3 years and finally took my husbands rights away because he could not complete a parenting class due to his depression and anxiety. And now they have taken them from me as well and are trying to take my rights away stating i let the children see there father and put them in danger when he is not dangerous and i did not let him see them.
The children are only 8,5, and 3 and the two younger kids are the ones dhs questioned and they told them i had my husband and my boyfriend living in the same apt with them and the children have no concept of time and cannot possibly be taken seriously. Not because they lie but because they do not understand and say things that are real to them but not reality. Also they did not do an investigation to see if it was true they did not check my home and did not ask an adult. Also they did this the day before the case was to be closed and i think it was to extend the case out.
For some reason they want to take my kids even though they are healthy and taken care of and took the kids father away from them when he loved them and never hurt them and the children love him and miss him so much and this has caused them trauma and mental issues and dhs does not care and will not give them back and close the case and go help kids who are being beaten and neglected instead of messing with a family who is fine and taking good care of there children.
I also cannot get anyone on my side no lawyer will take this case and my court appointed one only tells me to do what i am told and will not fight for me or my kids. I am at a loss and am scared that i will lose them forever just cause dhs has the ability to do whatever they want and not have a reason or have to prove anything is going on.
