I rented from this company (1 guy) & he didn't understand the meaning of holding up his responsibilities listed on the rental contract. Calls & letters went unanswered. He would not make any necessary repairs that he was responsible for until it was absolutely required & then he would blame me & insist that I help pay for them (WOW)!
He doesn't pay anyone to come fix anything, he does all of his repairs & when completed, it's plain to see that he has no training on such matters. This guy uses the same shoddy parts or old parts when he has to make repairs. He will not buy any new parts/material for repairs unless he absolutely have to.
If you are ever late on your rent then you can be sure to hear from him quickly. All I have stated above is true & if anyone comes across one of his properties then I advise them to RUN. Run. RUN.
After all this guy put me through, he had a nerve to keep my hard earned deposit & never even sent me a sheet explaining how it was used. I am very happy that I don't have to deal with this guy anymore & I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I made.
