I contracted Twins Home Repairs to build a custom fence for me in my back yard on 2-7-09. I paid then $1545.00 up front, and the balance upon completion on 2-13-09 totaling $2380.00. On 3-6-09, the fence began to fall apart. After numerous phone calls to Donald and Ronald Rankin, they finally came out to my house to survey my complaints. They agreed that the fence had "somehow" shifted and that the entire fence would need to be torn down and rebuilt. Donald Rankin further advised that he didn't have the money right now to make repairs, so I patiently waiting another 30 days for him to come up with the funds to make the fence right. To date, nothing. Please see the pictures referencing the shoddy work that was completed! He even GLUED the fence in parts! I can't believe it!
I am a single mother and hardworker... I am struggling like everyone else in this economy. I had to take a loan out to get the fence repaired. I can't afford to take another loan out to hire someone else to make the repairs! Any advice? Please help!
