I was a Creative Manager in Orient McCann Erickson (www.orientmccann.com) in Islamabad with effect from Jan 1 thus a confirmed/regular employee.
Management VERBALLY TERMINATED me without giving any termination letter and any reason on Sep 29.
No charge sheet, show cause, explanation and warning were issued to me and no chance of explanation was given.
Management deducted ALLOWANCES from my termination salary of October but did not pay for UNUTILIZED LEAVES and OVERTIME.
I sent GRIEVANCE NOTICE under Section 46 of Industrial Relations Ordinance 2002 of Pakistan to the Chief Executive Orient McCann Erickson.
Management has threatened me through unknown "WITHHELD" calls so that I could refrain from filing case in the court of law.
Management has paid deducted allowance on Nov 28 but did not reinstate me yet.
I have informed management of McCann Erickson (www.mccann.com) and Inter Public Group (www.interpublic.com) but so far no response from them.
You are requested to advise McCann Erickson & Inter Public Group to reinstate me and guide me where to file petition for seeking justice.
