I answered an ad for a 27" computer monitor being sold by Christy McCann. We agreed on a price and she dropped it off one night at my home. I realized the next day that it was only 21", not 27". I demanded my money back.
She refused! Her explanation: "My Ex told me it was 27", I never measured it"
I told her that was nice and she can refund my money and talk to her ex about it. She refused.
I took her to Concord court, Contra Costa County, case # CSC12-0393. I was awarded a full refund, court costs, and service fee.
Christy McCann has yet to pay her court ordered debt.
Do not do business with this person as an individual, or a business (Christy-Rocket Make-up) She is dishonest.
