Here is my story:
On October17 I began working for National Expo Group as an Outbound Sales Agent. This was a position that allowed me to work from my home office. This position was a salaried position that paid $40,000 per year plus commissions. This was an employee position and not an Independent Contractor position and this means that taxes were to be taken out. I did receive a contract which I did read carefully, filled out, and faxed back to Kristen L. Jones.
I was put onto a sales team and had a sales manager. Per our contract we were to turn in our time sheets on October 30 and get our first paychecks by November 5. At that time we did not receive our paychecks and we were told that ADP did not have our direct deposit Information on file. We were asked to submit our direct deposit Information a second time. We were told we will receive our checks on December 5. Again, we did not receive our paychecks. WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT!!!
I checked out this company recently and I found two different addresses and Kristen Jones goes by Christin Martin and Diane Jones. The details of the position that I was hired for was calling Colleges to get them to buy booth space for upcoming National College Day. I became suspicious when we didn't get paid I called a few of the Convention Centers where the expos were to be held and there was nothing set up at any of the Conventions Centers that I called.
Kristen then told us that some of the events had being cancel and that she was going to take care of it. Kristen L. Jones still owes each and everyone of us money and she has not paid! She doesn't answer her phone or her emails! When we call the office we get a message saying mailbox is full. The mailbox has being full for two weeks. She owes each of us over $4,000 per our Employee Contracts!
We all have found out that she is still hiring people on Monster job.com and the position is for Outbound Sales Agent and it could be under these names: National Expo Group, National Real Estate Expo Group, National Home Expo Group, National College Day Expo Group, National Sales Expo and here are the email addresses: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].

I have emailed her to try and get this settled with no response. I have called her she won't return my calls. When we call the telephone numbers we get a message that Say's mailbox full can't received any calls. Please BEWARE of Kristen L. Jones and anything to do with National Expo Group!!!
