Signed me up as an employee to work, never paid me for my time after I quit my jo

I was offered and accepted a position with this company and have a copy of the offer letter in received from them in hand. I left my other employer, worked for a month, received only a $100 check and then could not contact anyone from the company. I then learned that I am only 1 of a number of peopele to experience the same ordeal with this company.
