Took 100 from account then charged me another 35.00 which they had no right to do I was never told about that ripoff

I was called about getting a credit card and they wanted 200.00 to get it started I thought great it would be nice to have an emergency card. So I approved them to take 100.00 out of account they did and I called next day to cancel since I was learry about it after checking around then in my account I see where they have taken another 35.00 which was never even mentioned to me about it. I have called 2 times a day for the past 2 days and all I get is a machine. At least I haven't lost all 200. But it is close so know I have to cancel my card from abnk to make sure it never happens again.
