Ameritrust is a ripoff they took 200 dollars from my account for credit card and i never got it

Ameritrust is a scam they called and told me I could get a credit card to reastablish my credit, all I needed to do was let them debit 200 dollars from my account and I woul receive a credit card with 2000 dollars credit and I would also get 4 fifty dollar payment vouchers to use towards my balance.

Then I get a acceptance letter in the mail after contacting them several times and the card is for a merchant account, now I'm 200 dollars short and no card
