National Geographic, Billing for video I neither ordered or received Ripoff

Ordered one video paid for it. Told them not to send another one. They sent one anyway and I returned it. Got billed. Went online to NG and told them what the problem was. They said not to worry they would take care of it. Got another bill from north shore.
