Sent me a letter stating that I owe this bill and I called North Shore and told them that this bill was gave them the check number 4872, dated paid March 5, and date check cleared March 13.

Letter's continue to come for a bill already paid for. Forsome reason North Shore Agency, Inc, will not delete this from their files nor notify the credit bureau (s) with no explanation as to why this bill has not been cleared of their records and credit bureau (s).

I was told that they may continue the collection of my account until they have a reason to stop. I told them to contact Black Expressions.

I sent Black Expressions an e-mail asking them to notify North Shore Agency that they have been paid in full. To-date they have not done so.
