Ripoff, Unfair Labor Practices, Discrimination

I was very sick when I was working there I went off on FMLA because I had to have surgery, when I was ready to go back to work I found out the I was laid off. I filed for unemployment but was denied just like the other empolyees that applied. The reason for denying my unemployment (lack of Work). Funny I just saw an ad in the newspaper, they are hiring again.
