Wrongful Discharge, Unfair Labor Practices, Long Hours low pay, Not efficient with breaks Ripoff

I started working at Michigan Microteh in 2004 went off on FMLA, for a major surgery, before the surgery they cancelled my insurance, and when i called after the healing process 6 months later, I found out I was laid off. Along with about 75 other people. I had no prior notice, they denied unemployment to everyone that applied. I am writing now because they are currently hiring again.
