This cardsupportsite has debited my account before for 159.00 and my bank along with me got on the phone with a supervisor for cardsupport almost two months ago and was reassured that I would be taken out of their database and my information woould be deleted.
When my rent check was returned for NSF this month I checked my account and found that this company once again went into my account fraudulently and debited me another 159.00.
I contacted cardsupport on 11/09/06 about the debit and wanted to know who authorized this company to access my account. I was repeatedly told by a representative that I applied for a view card which I have no idea what it is and that it was non refundable.
The representative by the name Neil refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor but after realizing that I was not going to hang-up put me on hold for about 25 minutes telling me the supervisor was on another line.
I called the company from my cell phone while still on hold for a supervisor and spoke with another representative that was even more rude than the first. I explained to her that I was on hold on another line of theirs waiting on a supervisor.
Her name was Natalie and I explained to her that I was reassured the last time this happened that I was taken out of their databases and now two months later this is still happening. She then told me that even if I spoke with a supervisor she would tell me the same thing and nothing would be different. I still wanted to speak to a supervisor even though she refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor. Mind you I was still on hold on the other line and no one ever came on the line.
Natalie was very rude telling me to be quiet because we both could not talk at the same time. I informed her that if she wasnt trying to refund me my money I would prefer to speak to a supervisor. She repeatedly informed me that talking to asupervisor wouldnt help because the supervisors trained all the reps and that she would only tell me the same thing as she was telling me.
Finally after being on hold on one line and debating and arguing with this Natalie lady about I would not file a police report because I had been thru this before two months before and was told then by a supervisor that I would be removed from the database she finally said to me oh well suit yourself and put me on hold.
Only this time when I was put on hold in less than 3 minutes I was transferred to the after hours voicemail box which said that the office was closed and would reopen the next business day. It was only 11 am in the morning.
Believe it or not I was still on hold from the first representative named Neil. I kept that line for another 10 minutes hoping someone would pick up but of course they never did.
I tried my luck again this morning and did reach a supervisor named Joanne Jones who put me on hold to look at an account that I never registered for. She got a little irate when I refused to give her my SS#. She then came back on the line and told me that I signed up for a application for a view card and the application fee of 159.00 was non refundable.
I asked what was a view card and she said a visa credit card and I told her that she had the wrong person and that I didnt have any view card and would like to be taken off their list of people to rip-off. She informed me that she couldnt remove my name from their database.
I told her that I wanted my money refunded and for this company not to debit my account anymore or I would file a police report against her and her company and report them to the BBB. This supervisor being that she trained the reps told me that would be fine and to do what I needed to do. I guess knowing that they already had my money gave them the satisfaction of rubbing salt in the wounds.
So I took her advice and now here I am trying to figure out when society and jobs became so inhuman to people that they would treat a consumer any kind of way with no remorse what so ever. Now I am stuck in a bind but my bank is working on this with me to get my money back.
To anyone else that is having this problem when they tell you that they cant remove you that is a blatant LIE because when they first debited my account and I called them with my bank on the line the man we spoke with informed me that he was removing my info from their database I was refunded my money and didnt have any more problems until yesterday two months later.
This company is a scamming, dishonest, smorgabord thieving, fraudulent, full of rude and dishonest reps that will give u the runaround if you dont be just as rude as them.
I am a angry pissed female that refuses to be treated any kind of way by a gang of thieves and will not rest until this company has paid for my suffering. I will call this company everyday until someone tells me how this company got my info to go into my account and take money and can reassure me that they will not touch my account again. Or until this company learn that not everyone has money to throw away and I work for every penny I make and those pennies are accounted for long before I get paid.
People lets close down this BANK ROBBING COMPANY using the disguise of a cardsupport system that only supports this company habit of robbing real consumers like you and I of our hard earned money, then throwing it in our faces like now you cant do nothing and oh well.
It still PISSESS me off that the supervisor Joanne Jones had the audacity to be just as rude as the representatives and told me to go ahead and file a report. I guess she knows that it will only be a slap on the hand for the company.
