When checking my online statement, found a check in the amount of $30.00 to this company. Called the number on the check and spoke to a representative with a heavy accent, transferred me to a supervisor, also with an accent, after putting me on hold for over five minutes. After much arguing with "supervisor", I was told that my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. This never happened. Called again, gave up after being put on hold, again, for several minutes for a supervisor.
