My Wayne County Friend of the Court case shows an arrearage for an amount exceeding $99,800.00. These arrearages come from $90. Per week payments for two children now ages 18 and 19.
I am the mother of these kids and having recently lost my job, we lost our home and are now staying with a friend. Sure could use some of that support.
This dead beat dad has rarely worked for the last 20 years, and somehow has convinced the FOC that he stays out of jail by making an attempt to pay $5.00 per week. This is an amount smaller than the late fees he is charged with. He also had the audacity to laugh about it all to people, in front of me and my kids, at a common friends house. I didn't get the joke and neither did anyone else.
Who really is Wayne County FOC a friend to. Sure as hell not me.
