I was to be a buyer with a co-signer. The dealer switched my signed contract and replaced it with one which was meant to be the co-signer contract, who then became principle buyer, just to make a sell. This was done without consent of myself or the co-signer, the dealership made that decision and will not correct that contract. They said the only way they could change the contract would be for me to increase the payment over $200. This is not what I agreed on during my initial contract signing.
Doing the initial contract signing, I was coerce to take a maintenance contract. I was told, if I took the maintenance & lojack for an additiona $4000, my payments would go towards the priniciple and interest. But if I didn't take the maintenance contract my first two and a half years of payments would go towards interest only.By the way I purchased a 2001 Oldsmobile, Silhouette. Is this legal?
I have been in contact with the closing saleperson, who no longer work there, and can share inside information about the intent to defraud.
