Ripoff liars victimized us tricked and lied to us outlandish ripoff late fees cheated employees and screwed the customers even more the business that doesn't give a dam ripoff evil dirt bags

On Oct. 30 I recieved a telephone call. The person on the other end told me I had won a computer package and explained the package to me. I was also told that I was joining a club.

She told me I had to send $ 184.90, for shipping. And I could make this in two payments of $92.45. The first being on Nov. 13, and the last being on Nov. 30.

The computer would be shipped the second week of Dec. 2001.
She gave me four phone numbers and a verification number at that time.

I decided to make just one payment and they took the money out of my account on Nov. 15. I waited and waited but recieved nothing from them.

I started calling the numbers that were given to me. And was told that it should have been sent and would check into it.

After a few weeks I started calling again. This time when I got an answering machine I left a message that it I didn't hear from them I would be contacting an attorney.
They called back, said it was shipped the day before and I should have it on or before Dec. 12

On Dec. 12 I recieved a package with a form to fill out to get the computer. Again I started calling them, I finally got through to someone who told me to just fill out the papers and sent them in that everything was taken care of.

I recieved an answer from the computer company to fill out another form and send them $69.95 shipping and handling and $25.00 application fee. And what ever amount the payment plan we chose was.

I called that company and asked them about it ans they saind they sometimes offer packages like that and that some times other companies get them and resale them. They suggested I contact them.

So again I called and was told that $169.00 was a membership fee. I told him I did not agree to any membership fee that the person I talked to did not say anything about a fee. He had the tape and played it and she had not said anything about it.

He said he would check on it and see what he could do.
That was Jan. 12 and I still haven't heard anything.

On 3/12 I contacted the BBB of Atlanta Ga. On April 9 I recieved a letter from the BBB stating, "to date, we have not recieved the courtesy of a written reply from the company concerning your complaint."

I have not recieved anything since then.
