Broadway Florist And Owner Andy ripoff, will not refund, rude horrible customer service from OWNER

On 10-13-06 I called Broadway Florist to place an order. After speaking with a rep and giving her all my info to include my credit card she said we would review my order at that time i asked for the cost. She told me $64.00 I stated to cancel that order as that was too much. She got rude and said okay it has been cancelled.

The following day my inlaws called and said they recieved two orders of flowers (that is because we placed the same order with a different company after we cancelled with them because the other company was cheaper). At that time I called Eidth flowers (the company that broadway contracts through). The following Monday Eidth Flowers contacted me saying I had to go through Broadway.

So on 10-16-06 I contacted Broadway Florist. Much to my surprise I end up being connected to the owner Andy. At this time I explain to Andy that I made an order, cancelled it all in the same conversation due to the cost. He checked my account and said that it had never been cancelled, then he proceeded to tell me that he would not help me to steal from his company.

I continued to ask him to contact the rep I spoke with he said no and continued to treat me without respect. I then asked for his last name and he told me he was the only one named andy and that if i called his reps and asked for him as either andy, the owner, or GOD they would transfer me to him.

Is this anyway for an owner to speak to his customers? Or to accuse me of trying to take from his company? I am active duty in the military, I would not lie or steal from anyone. I am honest and I told him the truth because I believed that him as the owner would rectify the situation.instead I was disrespected and told he would not help me.

Owners are suppose to treat the customer with respect and try to gain the customers satisfaction. I have contacted the BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Although it is only $64.00 I am hoping to get it back. The total that I have spent on those two sets of DAISY's equals $100. Come on now why would I order the same flowers twice?
