The company I am filing a complaint with goes by several names they use Pro Flowers, TLF Florist, Go Flowers, Main Street Beach City Florist and Flowers & Ballons that I am aware of. I ordered flowers on 5/10 in the amount of $57.98 and right after I realized it was not 1800Flowers I called so I called them back and cancelled the order I was told they will be keeping 70% of what I paid. I cancelled it within 15 minutes. I am not the only person this has happened to. They tried to charge my friend 3 different amounts and she had to dispute it with her bank. She researched the company and found several complaints on RipOff.com. When you try to contact them it is always an answering service.
