During a break in a court proceeding on 9-26 Michael was in the Rotunda with Sheriff Officers when he stated to one "If I lose the case, I'm going to take your gun".
His wife was escorted to the Prosecutors office after their matter was heard and informed of this. This isn't the first time that Michael has made threats against her.
He has stated that he was driving to her house one day with a can of gasoline with the intent to set her on fire, but stopped by a friend of his. He has told people that he can see himself putting his hands around her throat squeezing until her life ended. He has also stated that if he ever loses it, he has a hit list of 5 people and they will be the first to die.
Right now there's a TRO against him, which is also a protective order on their children and her family. They go back to court soon, and hopefully the Judges will see him for the person he is and finally order the FRO on their behalf.
Michael is an EXTREMELY UNSTABLE person and I urge anyone who comes within his range to use caution.
