I hired Michael to represent my fiance in a probation reinstatement case. Michael cashed my check the day they got it; he visited my fiance 1 time for ten minutes when he walked out of the room he stated 'im going to get you reinstated and on your way back home".
Never did my fiance see him again until a month later at court. During this month period whenever we would try to get an update on the case nothing; nobody would call back; and his office staff are idiots. When i asked for him to go see my fiance he didnt. My Fiance is now sitting 4 years in a state prison because Michael hadnt even talked to the DA to plead his case... The DA was aiming for 20 years... The judge decided 4! DO NOT HIRE HIM!
