This company (Derrick Seabrook) contacted me out of the blue to sell my timeshares. They said they had lots of buyers. I bit... And signed their contract and gave them my credit card # for $3,600.
After thinking it over, I canceled the contract, which it said you could do within three days. They immediately called me back and said they had two checks in hand from buyers that wanted my timeshares.
I did not receive any checks and the manager of the company denied that his salesperson said anything about the checks (even though he said it on three difference occasions to me). They are refusing to give my money back.
They have two companies—same adress and phone number. Timeshare Register has many complaints with the BBB and two criminal cases with the Attorney General. Timeshare Registry International is not registered company in the state of Florida..
